Washington, DC – March 14, 2017 – The Boys & Girls Clubs of Prince William County and Manassas today announced that Bobby Long, President and Chief Executive Officer of Longevity Consulting, has been appointed to the board of trustees.

Before forming Longevity, Mr. Long worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an associate and Data Architecture subject matter expert. Long is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and has spent 20 plus years in data architecture and engineering management.

Longevity Consulting Awarded Contract to Provide Meeting and Conference Support Services for the National Institute of Mental Health

Washington, DC – June 30, 2017 – Longevity Consulting has been awarded a contract by the National Institute of Health (NIH), National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) to provide meeting and conference support services for NIMH offices and divisions. Longevity will coordinate all logistics that will include, but not be limited to, web-based meeting registration, conference promotion, event logistics management, ad hoc reports, and summary reports.

Longevity Consulting will provide logistical support for multiple, concurrent meetings and conferences ranging in size from 30 to 300 attendees. All conference-related activities will be supported from the early pre-planning stages to post meeting/conference activities. Longevity Consulting Awarded Task Order Contract to Support United States Environmental Protection Agency Office of Emergency Management

Washington, DC – June 30, 2017 – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that it awarded Longevity Consulting a task order contract to provide support for compliance inspector training and compliance inspection support activities. The one-year task order, awarded under the Office of Emergency Management (OEM), represents Longevity’s continued success in providing risk-management solutions through a host of emergency preparedness services.

The Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) of 1986, was created to help communities plan for chemical emergencies, and require the EPA, along with state and local agencies, to conduct compliance inspections at facilities regulated under the EPCRA. The OEM provides the required programmatic and inspector training, as well as advanced inspector training in various areas. In addition to offering training courses, the EPA supports compliance inspections by providing copies of required industry codes, as well as technical assistance to local inspections for more complex inspections.

Longevity Consulting Awarded Contract to Provide Professional Developmental and Administrative Support Services for the Department of Transportation

The mission of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is to promote safe commercial motor vehicle operations through a variety of educational and innovative research and technology programs. In support of FMCSA’s mission, the National Training Center provides high-quality motor carrier safety and law enforcement training to assist in improving safety and saving lives. The NTC serves as the national focal point for the development and delivery of motor carrier safety training.
