Longevity Consulting Awarded Contract by the Department of Education Office of Innovation and Improvement

Washington, DC – July 30, 2015 – Longevity Consulting, one of Washington D.C.’s leading providers of grants management services, and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) training and support to the federal government, was recently awarded a multi-million dollar contract by the Department of Education (ED). Under the contract, awarded under ED’s Office of Innovation and Improvement (OII), Longevity will continue to provide logistical and administrative support for the OII grant program peer review process.

As part of the contract, Longevity will support the i3 grants program, which was initiated in 2009. The program provides competitive grants to educational institutions and non-profit organizations with a record of improving student achievement and attainment in order to expand the implementation of, and investment in, improving student achievement or student growth, closing achievement gaps, decreasing dropout rates, increasing high school graduation rates, or increasing college enrollment and completion rates.
