Longevity Consulting Awarded Contract to Provide Meeting and Conference Support Services for the National Institute of Mental Health

Washington, DC – June 30, 2017 – Longevity Consulting has been awarded a contract by the National Institute of Health (NIH), National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) to provide meeting and conference support services for NIMH offices and divisions. Longevity will coordinate all logistics that will include, but not be limited to, web-based meeting registration, conference promotion, event logistics management, ad hoc reports, and summary reports.

Longevity Consulting will provide logistical support for multiple, concurrent meetings and conferences ranging in size from 30 to 300 attendees. All conference-related activities will be supported from the early pre-planning stages to post meeting/conference activities. Logistical support will include, site selection, negotiation of hotel contracts, coordination and dissemination of meeting invitations, preparation and distribution of meeting materials, and coordination of presentations ensuring compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
