Washington, DC – June 30, 2017 – Longevity Consulting has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and National Training Center (NTC) to provide non-personal developmental and administrative support services at the NTC. Longevity will coordinate all logistics that will include, but not be limited to, instructional systems design, distance learning programs and approaches, web-based training, media-based instruction, and job aids.
The mission of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is to promote safe commercial motor vehicle operations through a variety of educational and innovative research and technology programs. In support of FMCSA’s mission, the National Training Center provides high-quality motor carrier safety and law enforcement training to assist in improving safety and saving lives. The NTC serves as the national focal point for the development and delivery of motor carrier safety training. To fulfill the growing demand for training from all levels of government and other entities, the NTC requires on-site contractor support assistance in a multitude of areas which include administration, instructor development, and IT support.
