Since 2010, under our Prime BPA contract, Longevity has been providing Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) services for numerous agencies within the USDA to help implement Secretary Vilsack’s directive to improve the quality of processes throughout the Department. Providing business process re-engineering services, LSS mentoring, coaching, training and support for process improvement, we successfully identified areas in which the agency and its staff could implement new, more efficient processes and programs. In addition, we employed our highly skilled team of consultants to assist in project selection and execution for the USDA Mission Areas and Staff Offices throughout the United States and various geographical locations abroad.
Longevity has served as a business transformation partner for numerous agencies within USDA, providing CPI, Lean Six Sigma, and Program and Project Management services. Our demonstrable record of accomplishment in delivering projects on time and on budget has allowed us to be recognized consistently by the USDA through repeat engagements. Longevity was the recipient of the Secretary’s Honor Award for Excellence in 2014 “For outstanding efforts and resource savings in streamlining the Annual Resource Management Planning Process for Agricultural Research Services”.
