Project Overview:

Longevity was awarded a multi-year, prime contract to support the Department of Education Office of Innovation and Improvement’s development and dissemination of grant funding for educational programs.  This required collaboration between our team, the Department of ED team and numerous reviewers across the country.

Longevity’s Role:

Longevity’s role was that of a true industry partner, in which we supported the process from beginning to end, helping ED deliver quality grant and conference support services to all, continuously working to streamline the process and exceed the client’s expectations.  Our team provided logistical, technical, analytic and administrative support of the Peer Review process for 15 programs, tracking, screening, monitoring and processing over 1,700 grant applications each year.  Leveraging the expertise of our Enterprise Technology and Management Consulting teams, Longevity was able to create new grants management tools and procedures to streamline the process and vastly improve communication, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the program and all related reporting.
