Project Overview:

The Center for Scientific Review (CSR) required the development and deployment of a leadership training series for its staff.

Longevity’s Role:

Longevity’s objective was to provide a world class training program designed to deliver a series of interrelated, facilitated training sessions and workshops that would establish the framework and skills required for CSR staff to successfully assume leadership in all aspects of their lives and careers, improving the management of the organizations of which they are part and each individuals’ career trajectory.  The training would also provide the foundation required to promote the developmental skills of collaboration, teamwork, accountability and consistency needed to successfully fulfill the CSR’s mission.

Over the course of eleven months, Longevity’s team created coursework and delivered training for the CSR’s staff in the following areas:
