Bob Emerick is a CIO, who leads Longevity’s Technology and Business Transformation practices. With more than 20 years of experience leading complex business transformation projects and implementing large-scale, multi-functional shared services centers, he is a leading expert in enterprise business transformation, business process reengineering, and continuous process improvement, with a focus on the use of technology to enable business efficiency. Coupled with his innovative insight and experience with centralized business services, shared service center implementation, and operations, Bob successfully leads clients through the challenges associated, effecting positive change with impact. Bob has served a diverse portfolio of clients across the federal and public sector, financial services and consumer products industries giving him a robust view of different cultures and business needs. He has directly overseen large-scale government IT, human capital, finance business transformation, and the deployment of enterprise shared services and supporting technologies. Bob fully understands the complexity of large-scale transformation and the underlying value derived from service efficiency, data transparency, and improved customer responsiveness. Bob has leveraged technologies such as service oriented architecture, business process management, document management, mobile technology, and other leading-edge technologies to support business service delivery. Bob holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from George Mason University with a concentration in accounting and management information systems.
